Group Relaxation/Stress Release Session

Service Description

All other forms of my hypnosis work need to be conducted on a one-to-one basis, but relaxations may be conducted in groups. Mental wellness and relaxation breaks are the keys to happy, productive employees. Group relaxation sessions are also great for ice breakers, bonding, and teaching valuable self-monitoring skills. Group relaxation sessions are great for businesses, group get-togethers, and any high stress and/or customer service field (police depts., schools, hospitals, etc.). Group pricing with travel will be considered. *As an Empathic person, there is a lot of energy I encounter in group sessions from multiple people in a room. My maximum number of individuals in any group session is 10. Any number over 10 will incur an additional charge. Time slots other than lunch hour may be available upon request as scheduling permits.
