Stop Smoking - Session 2
Hello, and welcome to your first (and possibly last!) step to quitting smoking! This is a general scripted session, and can be highly effective for the people serious about making this change. All recordings are done in one take as you'd experience in the office. I do trip over my words occassionally, so please just allow for minor flaws. This recording was done without background music to accommodate those that would like to add their own music or go without.
While some people can completely quit for good with one session, others may need multiple sessions. As with all hypnosis, whether you are successful or not entirely depends on your own openness to the hypnotic process and willingness to change. The power is in your hands, and I am your guide in the process.
Please make sure to use the restroom before beginning this session, and find a quiet spot where you won't be disturbed. It is best to listen with earphones to decrease outside noises.
Please listen to this recording at least one time a day for a week straight. You can choose after a week if you'd like to listen to it longer.
